request pretty please?

So I got a new computer and can't find my adobe cd which I'm very sad about. This makes quite the conundrum for me since I'm a huge pretty table person. Would one of you darling people care to make a fancy picture/table for my old hag Annabel? I attached a photo I like of her and if you're not fond of that one just let me know and I'll try and find something else. The only thing special about her is that she is missing her right eye and its pretty gross looking, still bloody and stuff. If you could just make the mood really dark and disturbing that would be great.
