OUT OF CHARACTER
001. Be respectful to everyone, admin or otherwise! It isn’t necessary to drop f-bombs or insult other players; compliment their characters and make friends, and leave your issues where they belong – outside.
002. If you happen to develop a conflict with another member, please message them privately. If the two of you (or three of you, et cetera, if things get that bad) can’t settle that way, then message an admin to act as a mediator until the matter is dealt with.
03. Instigators and trolls be warned: we are ruthless, and we are far from stupid. Repeated offenses will get you suspended and eventually banned.

WITHIN CHARACTER
004. We are a one-account site, as in one account all of your characters. In our opinions, this is more convenient than having you balance six different accounts, accidentally posting on the wrong one, having to switch for an admin account, and so on.
005. Please keep no more than six characters at any given time, and list all of them in your tracker thread! Listing them is not mandatory; it is so that the admin can keep a head count and so that you can keep neat.
006. Note that this is a wild equine roleplay. This means no crazy colors or patterns (if you can’t back it up with genetics, it won’t fly), and no man-made objects: no bracelets, or necklaces, or pretty tiaras and whatnot. Exceptions are made only for characters who have had contact with man, and in their cases, only rope or a piece of tack are allowed, i.e. a bridle. Be sure to message an admin if you have even the slightest misgiving; we’d be happy to help!

WHILE POSTING
007. Absolutely no god-moding or power-playing. If an agreement has been made between you and the other player, maybe for a plot, then by all means go ahead! Just remember to make a note in your post because otherwise, it’s absolutely prohibited.
008. At Transience, there is no wordcount. You can write as much or as little as you would like. Just remember that it’s considerate and common courtesy to mirror each other’s posts. By mirror, we mean that if the first person writes a 100 word post, do not reply with one that is about 600. We are serious. We will be pissed. Please keep as close (within 20 words) to their count as possible.
009. Please keep all images and postscripts and tables to dimensions that do not exceed 600 x 600 px; if they are any larger, they will be automatically resized.
